Comprehensive Annual Wellness & Preventive Screening Package

Your annual membership includes an advanced preventive evaluation typically valued at over $1,500, including:

• Extensive annual physical exam
• EKG
• Full laboratory panel
• Echocardiogram
• Carotid duplex with intima-media thickness analysis
• Ankle-Brachial Index (ABI)
• Abdominal Aortic imaging and measurement

You will also receive guidance and coordination for age- and risk-based screening such as:

• Colonoscopy
• Breast cancer screening
• Prostate cancer screening
• Dermatologic cancer screening

Care Coordination With Leading Specialists

I will collaborate closely with specialists—including cardiology, nephrology, pulmonology, gastroenterology, urology, oncology, neurology, and others—to ensure aligned, coordinated care. My role is to help streamline communication, interpret findings, and support you through every decision.

The annual concierge membership fee is $3,000, which includes your comprehensive annual exam, advanced cardiovascular and vascular screenings, direct physician access, and year-round personalized medical guidance.
